A set of free calculators for people already taking, or already prescribed, a GLP-1 medication.
What it does
Two calculations cause most of the confusion around these medications. The first is milligrams to syringe units — trivial arithmetic, but a real source of error because the answer changes with vial concentration. The second is cost, where quotes arrive in incompatible units and cannot be compared without normalising them. This site does both, plus reproduces the published titration schedules in a readable form. It currently covers 364 questions.
Where the data comes from
Dosing schedules are reproduced from the published prescribing information for each product. Conversions are arithmetic and can be checked by hand. Prices are not quoted as fact — the calculator asks you to enter the quote you were actually given, because GLP-1 pricing changes frequently enough that any number published here would be wrong within weeks.

This site provides calculators and reference information about GLP-1 medications. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for your prescriber. Dosing information is reproduced from published prescribing information; always follow the instructions that came with your own prescription.
