Noom GLP-1

You are trying to work out what this will cost you per month.

Reference and calculator, not medical advice. This page explains how something works; it does not tell you what to take. Last reviewed August 2026.

The single most useful thing to know about a Noom price is that Noom is primarily a behaviour-change app, and its medication offering came later as a separate product. A subscription figure quoted for Noom may therefore contain no drug whatsoever. This trips people up more than any other platform on this list, because the number looks reassuringly low next to telehealth quotes that do include medication.

Comparing Noom against other routes

What to establish before the number means anything.

What Noom is
Weight-management programme. Primarily a behaviour-change app; its medication offering is a separate, later addition, so a Noom price may not include a drug at all.

I do not publish Noom’s prices here because telehealth pricing changes faster than any page can track. Get the current figure from them, then put it into the calculator to see what it works out to per milligram at your dose.

The correction is to insist on knowing what the figure covers before comparing it to anything. An app subscription and a bundled telehealth membership are not two prices for the same thing — they are prices for two different things, one of which happens to also offer the other.

Where the price comes from

The routes people actually pay through, and what determines the number in each.

Manufacturer direct-pay program

Both Lilly and Novo Nordisk run self-pay programs for people without coverage. Pricing tiers change frequently — check the official program page for current rates.

Through insurance (copay)

If your plan covers the drug for your indication, your cost is the plan copay. Coverage for weight-loss indications is far less common than for type 2 diabetes.

Telehealth platform (brand drug)

Online clinics bundle a prescriber visit with brand-name medication. Membership fee is usually separate from drug cost.

Compounded semaglutide / tirzepatide

Compounded versions are prepared by pharmacies rather than the original manufacturer. Availability and legality depend on FDA shortage status, which has changed several times — verify current status before relying on this route.

Common questions

Does a Noom subscription include GLP-1 medication?
The app subscription and the medication offering are separate products. A quoted subscription price should be checked against what it actually covers before it is compared with a telehealth membership that bundles a prescription.
What is microdosing in this context?
It is not a concept that appears in any approved label — no prescribing information describes a sub-therapeutic maintenance dose. There is a page on this site covering what can and cannot be said about it.
How should I compare it against Ro or a pharmacy price?
Only after establishing what each figure includes. Convert everything to cost per milligram at your maintenance dose using the calculator above; that is the one unit in which all of these are the same kind of number.

Common questions

Why do quoted GLP-1 prices vary so much?
Because the quotes are not measuring the same thing. A membership fee, a per-vial price, and a per-pen price all describe different quantities, and the dose you are on determines how long that quantity lasts. Converting everything to cost per milligram is the only way to compare them directly.
Does insurance usually cover this?
Coverage is far more common for type 2 diabetes indications than for weight management. Whether your specific plan covers your specific indication is something only your plan documents can answer.

Sources and last review

This page is general reference rather than a dosing table, so it quotes no figures from a label. Nothing here is reviewed by a clinician, and this site does not employ one — which is exactly why what I do publish stays traceable to its source.
